About the Role
GTS is seeking a supervisor for our next High-Split coax splicing project in the Columbus/Dayton, Ohio markets. The ideal candidate must be Dependable, Experienced, Knowledgeable and able to successfully manage fast-paced, high-split coax splicing project. Duties will include review and oversite of nightly manpower requirements, morning customer updates, daily production reporting and weekly billing preparation.
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years Proven Experience as a Team Leader· Solid Technical Background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in high-split construction projects.
· Solid Organizational Skills, including attention to details and multi-tasking
· Great Customer Relation and Interpersonal Skills
· Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
· Dynamic Problem Solver for multiple crews and able to anticipate potential problems and create solutions to avert potential pitfalls.
· Efficient Leader, able to inspire and motivate staff to work together towards project-oriented goals
· Must be able to travel CONUS, extensively
Specific Knowledge:
· Bi-Directional Sweep Specifications and Certifications
· Ingress/Egress Mitigation
· Optical Node Bi-Directional Optimizations and Setups
· DOCSIS Performance Tools.
· Understand all Aspects of Line Maintenance including experience in using ONX-620/630 meter with RGS (loopback
