About the Role
The Construction Coordinator will be working on telecommunications construction projects with
responsibilities to include:
- Coordination construction efforts with customer Project Manager or customer
- Supervisor for project completion by predetermined deadlines including site access
scheduling
- Request complete field site surveys and submit to design team and review the results
for accuracy.
- Complete a construction work order.
- Track and report job progress.
- Communicate and coordinate projects with the construction management team.
Requirements
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prefer 3-5 years of previous construction oversight and management of the project
Good planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
Able to multitask and prioritize schedules as related to customer expectations.
Able to communicate with customers in a positive, professional manner.
Must pass a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle check.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work out in the field in all weather conditions

About the Company
GTS is based in Canton, GA with operations nationally. We provide planning, engineering, construction and support services for a broad range of network infrastructure. These benefits are available on first of the month following 30 days of employment. After the first year of employment, you will earn 80 hours of paid vacation. Then an additional 40 hours on the fifth year of service for a total of 120 hours per year. GTS observes seven (7) paid holidays which are payable after the 90-day probation period is over. GTS also provides three (3) paid personal days per year, usable after 30-days of employment.
